DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Shake well. Place one tablespoon of Whitening Formula in mouth. Gently swish, pushing it between teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit out and rinse mouth thoroughly with water.
DO NOT SWALLOW. Always brush your teeth AFTER using Pulling Oil. Ayurveda recommends scraping your tongue too. If spilled on fabrics, clean immediately as product may stain.
